Continuous palm oil physical refinery process part 1 (3D video)

This video is the part 1 of continuous palm oil physical refinery process, including two part--palm oil degumming and decolorization process. In addition, the video shows the overall design of the 100tpd full-continuous palm oil refinery plant and the design of each section.

The physical refining technology of palm oil means do not use alkali to neutralize the FFA in crude palm oil. The FFA is removed in deodorizing tower by steaming. So in this part, it shows the process of adding phosphoric acid to remove gums and using white clay to absorb the pigments in crude palm oil.
