1. Degumming

4. Deodorization

The function of deodorization is to remove the odor from sunflower oil. The presence of odor will affect the edible value of sunflower oil. The specific operation process of deodorization is to pass water vapor into the raw sunflower oil and remove the odor substances by using the difference in volatility between oil and odor substances. After deodorization, the smoke point, flavor and stability of sunflower oil will be changed.

5. Dewaxing
