Vgetable oil refinery process
The main equipment for this part is two refinery tank,one saponin tank,one hot water tank and one alkali tank.
Put alkali liquor and crude oil into the refinery tanks.and the hot water will give it necessary temperature.then the alkali and crude oil will reaction thoroughly for deacidification.and u will get saponin from this vegetable oil refinery plant process.saponin has adsorption function.it has degumming,decolorization and removing impurities combined action.
Pump the saponin to the saponin tank.
2.Decolorization of vegetable oil refinery plant:
Main device is decolorization tank,clay bath tank,oil pump,liquid powder capture,filter,decolorized oil tank.
Put oil and clay bath into the decolorization tank,with necessary tech conditions,the clay bath will take reaction with oil.clay bath will remove the color from oil.The liquid powder capture will catch the oil spray,to recycle oil.
Then pump decolorized oil to filter,filter will remove the remained clay bath and other dross from oil.
Then put oil into the decolorized oil tank
3.Deodorization of vegetable oil refinery plant:
Main equipment:deodorization tank,acid capture and liquid powder capture(recyle oil),steam superheater.filter.
Deodorization process is the last step in vegetable oil refinery plant.Put decolorized oil into deodorization tank.input heated oil makes the temperature up to 100℃。Then input steam,it will takes away the odour.and the superheated steam will also takes the remained water away from oil.Then filter again.then cooling.u will get the refined oil.
